Sally is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and has been specialising in the franchise sector for 12 years and PR for two decades. She has been a National Chair for Encouraging Women Into Franchising, speaking at the bfa’s Women in Franchising conference and the International Franchise Expo in New York. Her PR expertise means that she is regularly asked to contribute articles to both national and international media outlets. She continues to be the agency’s go-to girl for crisis PR following her success in this field over the last 20 years.
Lucy has extensive franchise experience and for the last seven years has worked both in an established franchisor’s in-house team and as a franchise recruitment marketing specialist. She is a skilled copywriter with significant success pitching to the media for franchise recruitment and consumer PR campaigns. Lucy is a regular PR blogger and combines her professional accreditation with the CIPR with a flair for creative communication. She provides PR training and support for franchisees.
Brad has spent more than 20 years helping US franchise systems develop franchisee lead generation and consumer awareness campaigns that help them achieve their desired growth. His professional involvement in franchising includes sitting on the boards of numerous companies and organisations, as well as serving as past chairman of the IFA’s Franchise Supplier Forum, a past member of the IFA’s board and executive board and the IFA’s Membership and International committees.
Yvonne is an experienced PR Professional with over 2 years’ experience of proven success in improving brand image. Accomplished through planning, designing comprehensive media plans and implementing strategies, initiatives and creative PR campaigns. In addition to working with some well-known UK and International brands Yvonne has spent time developing and managing client reputation and establishing exceptional relationships with key media leaders.
